How good does that feel?! Good enough to make this discomfort of being 2:33:20 into a 4 hour trainer ride disappear! At least momentarily.

It's odd that I get an internet connection down here so that's pretty cool too!

Today I'll finish off 4 hours on the bike (if the tire holds up) and a 30 min run right after and then chill out, get some prac stuff done and start some planning for the end of the year issues. :) Most important training session of the year baby!!!!!!!!! Watching 2004 Tour De France.
